RETURN POLICY
We are dedicated to providing excellent customer care and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If we have sent you the wrong order, CapeKids will assume all shipping costs necessary to make sure the order is corrected. Please contact us at our parent company, service@cotuitbythesea.com and indicate "RETURN" in the subject line as soon as you are aware of an incorrect order and we will walk you through the process of returning your item. All items should be returned 7 days from receipt of product. If you simply want to return or exchange the merchandise, you will be responsible for all shipping and handling and there may be a restocking fee applied where applicable. (Not to exceed 15% of purchase price) CapeKids will not refund money on merchandise that has been damaged, worn, laundered, or altered in any way.
CapeKids will not refund money for merchandise that has been discontinued.
